General
All watches are being sold “as is” given that these are vintage timepieces. Obviously a clear description would be provided along with multiple photographs in order to facilitate as best as possible the underlying condition. Furthermore, as a rule of thumb – unless otherwise stated, there is no guarantee on the accuracy of the movement nor on the waterproofness of the watch.
Wear and tear damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear is to be expected such as development of patina on dial and/or small scratches on the case itself. Please do not expect new products unless the underlying condition is as such stated. Service documentation in case available will be provided along with any known observations, but in order for these watches to last regular maintenance is advised.
Payment
Preferred currency is US Dollars, however other types could be agreed. To be noted that if a refund would be requested this will be issued in same currency.
Preferred means of payment is bank transfer, but there is flexibility like Credit Card or PayPal. Please note that there are a number of fees for using Credit Card and/or PayPal which would be added on top of the asking price when the invoice would be issued. Please contact me to further discuss on these aspects.
Shipping
Before an item would be shipped the associated clearance of funds needs to be completed. All products will be shipped insured and with signature required upon receipt of product at delivery. Different couriers are used such as UPS, DHL and FedEx depending on the delivery location. All associated fees are to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.
In case of an unfortunate event such as product being lost, stolen and/or damages observed at delivery a refund will be issued upon approval of claim from the insurance vendor. All custom charges, duty and/or taxes are buyer’s responsibility.
Return Policy
No questions asked 3 days return policy on all products sold. The period starts upon your signature at delivery. All associated return costs will be buyer’s accountability in case the product is as per description and a change of mind is provided as reasoning, however if the product differs substantially compared to the description then the return costs would be borne by me.
The product is expected to be returned in the same described condition and within 7 working days. Refund will be issued once inspection is completed that should not last more than 3 days. Please reach out to me directly to arrange for the return.
